Katsilometes Courts apartments are multifamily housing complexes or Section 236 projects. Anyone interested in these apartments must sign and fill out a complete application to the Housing Authority. Eligibility includes meeting the income requirements indicated below. There is no subsidy or rental assistance which means you must pay your own rent. The rent however is very reasonable. These complexes offer one, two and three bedroom units (and are assigned based on household members expected to live in the unit).
In order to more accurately predict the waiting list the housing authority pre screens incoming applicants for criminal history, credit history, landlord references or non related character references.

1 person- min income limit of $17550 & max income limit of $23400
2 person- min income limit of $20050 & max income limit of $26700
3 person- min income limit of $22550 & max income limit of $30050
4 person- min income limit of $25000 & max income limit of $33350
5 person- min income limit of $27050 & max income limit of $36050
6 person- min income limit of $29050 & max income limit of $38700
NO PETS OR ANIMALS are allowed at these complexes (except, Assistive Animals for persons with a disability if a pre-approved Reasonable Accommodation Request is obtained).
