The Housing Authority of the City of Pocatello manages one apartment complex (Christensen Courts) with federal aid from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Public Housing Program. Christensen Courts is a 72 unit apartment complex.
To be eligible for assistance, applicants must qualify under HUD established income limits, be elderly or disabled, and pass other screening criteria established by HACP. Program participants contribute 30% of their monthly adjusted income towards rent.
